The standard member limit is three radios. Administrators can adjust this network-wide or help with a legitimate exception.

Talkgroup 9990 is the network echo test. Transmit a short message and the network returns it so you can check audio and connectivity.

Confirm the USB cable supports data, verify the board appears under /dev/ttyACM* or /dev/ttyUSB*, and make sure the site’s modem selection matches the detected device.

No. Enrollment credentials are private, single-use, and tied to one site. Administrators can revoke a site without revealing its credential.
